Consumer loyalty app for retailer


Project objective

Position the client as a technological leader by offering consumers an enriched in-store experience. The app offers features to attract a younger audience, increase customer loyalty, grow its user base, as well as increase the number of subscriptions to this retailer’s loyalty program. Better value for franchisees and increased in-store traffic.


The application presents a new design with a simplified screen which makes the application easier to navigate and provides a better user experience while navigating features. Upgrades were made to the 360 BMR card space such as the card activation, profile editing and the ability to add the 360 card to your "Apple Wallet". The application will also use geofencing to detect when a user is close to a store. BMR can also send PUSH notifications to increase client engagement and stay “top-of-mind”
